There is a $40 non refundable application fee per tenant, this is only due if you wind up signing a
Leases are 352 days starting June 8th till May 25th.
A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is due upon signing the lease.
If you are a college student, a parent/guardian will be required to co-sign the lease.
A $250 per person maintenance fee is due June 8th each year. This covers all exterior maintenance including snow removal and lawn care.
The rent payment does not include utilities.
Each unit has 3-4 driveway parking spaces
No smoking in any of the units.
All units include washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, and ovens.
All units have a security system, monitoring is an extra fee.
No pets are allowed.
